National Peanut Festival
COSTUME CONTEST
October 27, 2007 in Belk Home Store
Contest: 11:00 A.M.
CONTEST RULES: 1. Children will be divided into three age categories: 2-4 years, 5-7, and 8-10 years. 2. Children must be able to walk on stage without parental assistance. 3. Children are not permitted to wear facial masks. 4. Costume will be judged on originality, creativity and incorporating the National Peanut Festival theme “Rockin’ P-Nut Party”. 5. Spirit of the Festival will be awarded $200 Wiregrass Commons Mall Gift Card and $100 CASH from National Peanut Festival. 6. Prizes will be awarded in each age category: $30 for 1st Place, $25 for 2nd and $20 for 3rd Place winners. 7. All contest participants will receive a participation ribbon. 8. The decisions’ of the judges are final. To be eligible to participate, the following entry release must be signed:
*Entry form must be turned in to the Customer Service Center no later than Thursday, October 25th. **Check in on the day of the contest (October 27) will be from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. |
