Vendor/Exhibitor Agreement - FIREWORKS @ The Fairgrounds 2023 Saturday, July 1st, benefiting Wiregrass United Way. The company whom I am authorized to represent would like to participate. I understand that the vendor booth space or sponsorship does not include a banner, tent, extension cord, tables, chairs or insurance. The vendor or sponsor is responsible to prepare the designated area/space as desired for the event. Gates open to the public at 5pm-9:45pm. NPF will give away ice cream & peanut samples & Boiled peanut samples. Typically attendance is 10,000+.

*limit 1 advertising flag and 1 sign in each vendor space, some product restrictions apply. Each paid vendor will be allowed 2 Ag Gate vehicle parking passes. No vehicles parked at booth space. Every space must have public sanitizer and meet Covid protocol's. No outdoor cooking/grilling allowed. Bring your ice. Set up starts 8am til 2pm...Tear down after 9:45.
