will be the theme of the 2024 Festival that honors the farmers of the Wiregrass Area and the crop that fuels our local economy.
Covid-19 info
Amphitheater concerts are free with paid Gate admission with the area located behind the paid seats.
Add $20 for "RS-Reserved Bench Seating" which is the best available seats to the stage, or add $10 for "GA-General Admission Folding Chair Seating" which is located behind the Bench seats. The complimentary area is approx 75' from the stage (folding chairs & blankets are allowed.)

What time does the Fair open each day?
Fri 4p, Sat 10a, Sun 1p, Mon -Thurs 4:30p, Fri 1:00p, Sat 10a, Sun 1p.
What time does the rides close each evening?
Typically Sunday - Thursday til approx 11pm. and approx midnight on Friday & Saturdays.
Drop off location?
From 231.. Enter the South Parking Lot and attendant will show you the drop off area.
ATM's?
We have at least 14 ATM's spread throughout the Fairgrounds with a $3.50 transaction fee.
Are pets allowed at the National Peanut Festival? -
No. The only animals allowed in the festival, other than the ones in our Festival Attractions, are service dogs.
How many tickets are needed for each ride on the Midway? -
Each ride requires multiple tickets. Some take 3 or 4 & some take 5 or 8 tickets. 2 tickets $3.00, 11 tickets $15, 22 tickets $25, 55 tickets $55.
What are the height requirements for the rides? Ride

There are different height requirements for different rides. Most kiddie rides have a minimum height requirement of 36" for children to ride without an adult. Please note: All riders must have an armband or tickets to ride. Some rides require no open toe shoes.

Is there an age discount on gate admission? -
Regular priced gate admission is $10.00 per person at the gate. Children, ages 5 and under, are admitted free with an adult. Anyone ages 6 and over pay regular price.
Do you accept credit cards? -
Yes. The National Peanut Festival accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
How do I become a food vendor at the National Peanut Festival? -
The National Peanut Festival has a limited number of spaces available for food vendors and they are all currently full. The NPF is not accepting applications for food vendors at this time.
Where is the "will call" window located?
- The "will call" window is located at the
Main/North Entrance
or the
South Ticket booth

Is camping available during the National Peanut Festival? -
The camping sites at the National Peanut Festival are reserved for our vendors, festival attractions and the carnival.
Will there be strollers or wheelchairs for rent this year (2024)? -

Where is the "Lost & Found" located at the festival?
- Items are turned in to the National Peanut Festival office each night after closing. However, items lost on the midway may not be found until the carnival rides have been removed. If you will contact the NPF office with a description of your lost item, along with your name and telephone number, someone will call you if/when your item is located.
What is a MegaPass? Where & when are they available for purchase? When can they be used?
A MegaPass is a ticket that includes gate admission to the festival and a ride armband all for only $30.00, to use any one night you choose. MegaPasses are available from many of our advance ticket outlets now and through the NPF office and
website ticket sales
. However, the MegaPass is ONLY sold until the day before the festival opens and is NOT available any time after the festival opens. If you purchase a MegaPass, you may use it any one night you choose, even if there is not an armband advertised for that night. *redeem at Guest Relations*
What are the advanced ticket outlet locations for 2024 NPF?
Eagle Eye Outfitters, ACA Tax Service & Check Cashing, Fieldcrest Apartments, Ladies First OB& GYN of Dothan, Inc. , Craft Closet (til 10/31) in Dothan & Enterprise. *Check with Outlets regarding times and cut-off dates of sales. *MegaPass deadline to purchase is Thursday 10/31/2024 @ 5pm at the Festival Ticket Office.

The National Peanut Festival H.N. Lewis Scholarship was established in 2016 to be awarded to a Wiregrass area FFA/4-H Senior for a one-time $5,000 stipend to further his or her education
