Now Accepting Vendor Applications!

Basic Vendor Info

The following information applies to both inside and outside vendors/exhibitors of the National Peanut Festival.

  • The National Peanut Festival is not currently accepting applications for food vendors.
  • Please register online at the link below. We do not accept paper applications. Your application only shows your interest in becoming a vendor/exhibitor. It is not a contract for a booth, nor does it guarantee you a space. Applications will be reviewed and, if approved, available spaces will be filled in the order the applications were received. Please be sure to include pictures of your product display. Only complete applications with display photos attached will be considered.
  • The National Peanut Festival has a strict "No Weapons" policy. This includes the selling of knifes, swords, pepper spray, stun guns or any item that could use to inflict pain or injury on another person. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! Booths are checked periodically and violators will be removed from the NPF Fairgrounds and forfeit any fees paid.
  • Roving sales are not allowed at the National Peanut Festival.
  • Previous year vendors/exhibitors are given the first right of refusal. Any space not claimed by mid-August will be filled by applicants in the order their application was received.
  • Once you're assigned a space, you will receive a contract. Booth rent is due in full when you return your contract. Deposits/partial payments will not be accepted. No money is due until you receive a contract for a booth.
  • All vendors of the National Peanut Festival must provide proof of liability insurance.
  • All vendors of the National Peanut Festival must have all necessary state, county and municipal licenses/permits.
  • All vendors/exhibitors must be in full operation and have a representative working their booth during all hours the festival is open to the public each day.
  • RV campsites are available to National Peanut Festival vendors on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations may be made once you receive a contract for a booth. Deadline for RV reservations is October 15th.
  • All vendor applications must be submitted and paid for by October 1, 2024. Applications received after this date, including those from returning vendors, may be denied. No last-minute vendor applications will be accepted. No unregistered vendors will be allowed to show up and set up.

Outside Vendor/Exhibitor Information

In addition to the Basic Vendor/Exhibitor Info, the following applies to outside vendors/exhibitors of the 2024 National Peanut Festival.

  • Outside space sizes have varying depths and widths.
  • Pricing for outside vendor spaces varies, depending upon the amount of front footage required. 25': $625-$1500
  • One (1) 110V electrical hook-up is included, upon request, with each space. Additional power beyond this limit may be available for an additional fee.
  • All outside receptacles are equipped with special 50 amp plugs. Standard cords will require vendor supplied adapters.

Inside (ALFA Building) vendors/exhibitors

In addition to the Basic Vendor/Exhibitor Info, the following applies to inside vendors/exhibitors of the 2023 National Peanut Festival.

  • Inside spaces are 8 feet deep x 10 feet wide, and include a pipe and drape backdrop with side rail drapes approximately 30" on either side. All booths come with one (1) 8' table with skirting and 2 chairs. Additional would need to be an added amenity.
  • Standard spaces are currently $800.
  • Corner & prime spaces are $900.
  • One (1) 110V 20 amp electrical hook-up is included, upon request, with each booth.
