Refund PolicyThere are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased at the box office, online, ticket outlets or by phone for any National Peanut Festival event. All sales are final.
Will Call ProceduresWill call tickets can only be picked up with either the photo id and credit card of the person who purchased the ticket or with the email confrimation number for the ticket order.
Surveillance and Biometric Consent
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event premises, you acknowledge and agree that this is a privately operated event where security measures are in place.
You consent to:
• The use of video surveillance in public areas of the event
• The possible use of facial recognition technology for safety, security, and access control purposes
You understand that:
• You have no reasonable expectation of privacy in public areas of the event
• Your image and likeness may be captured and processed as part of event security operations
Any biometric data collected will be used solely for security and operational purposes and will not be sold. Data will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary unless otherwise required by law.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not enter the event premises.
