📸 Capture the Spirit at the 2026 National Peanut Festival!
Photographers of every experience level are invited to share their best work in the 2026 National Peanut Festival Photography Contest. With Professional, Amateur, Open, Black & White Open, and Youth divisions, there is a place for every perspective—and there is no entry fee!

Bekah’s Frame & Gallery or Rudd Furniture: Wednesday, October 21, 2026, by 5:00 PM
• NPF Hospitality Center: Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM
🖼️ Entry Requirements
Photographs must measure between 8" x 10" and 11" x 14"
• Entries must be mounted on art board or foam core board—no frames
• Matted photographs are accepted, with borders no wider than 3.5" on each side
• Limit two entries per class and 15 photographs per person
• Photographs entered in previous years are not eligible
• Do not place titles, numbers, or signatures on entries
• All entries must be appropriate for family viewing
đź“· Divisions and Classes
Professional, Amateur, Black & White Open, and Youth classes include architecture, still life, foliage, landscapes and scenic views, people, and wildlife or pets. Open Division classes include farm animals, farm scenes, Festival activities, and peanuts. Youth entrants must be 17 or younger.
Entries will be judged on basic technique, composition, lighting, subject interest, originality, and the story or mood conveyed.
🏆 Awards
First-, second-, and third-place ribbons will be awarded in each class. First-place winners will compete for Overall Division awards:
Professional, Amateur, Open, and Black & White Open: $100, $75, and $50
• Youth: $75, $50, and $25
• Grand Prize: An additional $100 and rosette
• Peanuts Class Winner: $100—the winning photograph becomes the property of the National Peanut Festival
Winning photographs will be displayed in the Premium Exhibit Building throughout the Festival, November 6-15, 2026. Entries must be picked up Monday, November 16, from 4:00-6:00 PM.
