National Peanut Festival Logo & Image Use Policy

To preserve the integrity, reputation, and visual identity of the National Peanut Festival (“NPF”), the following policy governs the use of all official NPF logos, marks, photographs, and branded images.

1. Approved Use
Use of NPF logos and images is permitted only under the following conditions:
• By official sponsors, vendors, media outlets, or approved partners with written authorization from NPF.
• For promotional, editorial, or educational purposes that align with the mission and values of the National Peanut Festival.
• In non-commercial contexts unless a separate licensing agreement has been executed.

2. Request & Approval
• All requests for logo or image use must be submitted to NPF in writing, including intended use, format, and distribution method.
• NPF reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke permission at any time.
• Approved users will receive access to official logo files and brand guidelines.

3. Usage Guidelines
• Logos must be used as provided, without distortion, cropping, recoloring, or modification.
• Images may not be used in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship without written consent.
• Logos and images must be placed on neutral or approved backgrounds and must not be overlaid with other graphics or text that compromise visibility or clarity.

4. Prohibited Use
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
• Use of NPF logos or images in connection with political campaigns, controversial content, or unauthorized merchandise.
• Alteration of logos to include other branding, slogans, or visual elements.
• Use in any context that may damage the reputation or public perception of the National Peanut Festival.

5. Photography & Media
• Photos taken by NPF staff or official photographers remain the property of NPF and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
• Media outlets may use approved images for editorial coverage with proper credit to “National Peanut Festival” or the designated photographer.

6. Enforcement & Revocation
• Unauthorized use of NPF logos or images may result in legal action, revocation of festival privileges, or denial of future access.
• NPF reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
